Le personnel est très tres bien . Nous sommes arrivés avec une atmosphère zen . des salariés très contents de travailler . un séjour à l image de la qualité du groupe et des attentes . A l accueil Tarek était super ! toujours souriant et avec des services super. À la restauration, je n en parle pas , une qualité de salle de restauration , de service et le repas irréprochable . mention spéciale à Chokri ( présent depuis 25 ans à l hôtel ) et Shérif. la décoration de l’ensemble de l’hôtel est raffinée. en plus , en période basse la Spa / Thalasso est à disposition des résidents sans surplus. ( contrairement à l’été ) . l’occasion de avoir des jets massants , jacuzzi , fontaine à massage avec de l eau thermal à 28 degrés et tisanes offertes . le rapport qualité prix est super ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec 45 m2 .. minimum et des grands lits. je recommande à 1000%

I spent a week at Mouradi Djerba Menzel and it was the best holiday ever. Especially the food and animation team ☺️☺️ every day another show and the best dancers: Aladin and Simo in every shows we have been seen:) All people there are very friendly and you can enjoy and join to many of the various activities during a whole day. I do recommed it and for sure I will come back here:)

Very nice hotel well located super reception and cleaning staff mashallah the cleaning ladies are doing a job 👌👌 they have mm cleaned my son's sneakers filled with sand. The animation very well family and young spirit Inside a very nice bazaar shop (cool drink beach games clothes jewelry and spices ❤️❤️❤️ and I forget some items) run by Adel a super nice gentleman very commercial and his incredible spices ❤️❤️ Then also available in the hotel the outdoor activities that ossi mashallah the professionalism of all the people who take care of it (ride camels horse quad 🔥 jet ski 🔥 and lots of experience to test and retest) Personally I will return to this hotel with great pleasure and my son ossi
