I came into town, not knowing the area too well and I stopped in to make a reservation and I was greeted by a very friendly staff member. The hotel was recently renovated so that was a big bonus..... After a long trip, I just wanted to grab a quick meal and get to my room. With a restaurant attached to the hotel, this has convenience written all over it... This hotel is the real deal, rooms were very clean and this hotel is located near the exit ramp so I was all set. I would definitely return!!

This place stinks and receives a major renovation. Couldn’t able to find plug in points. So bad, stay away from this place

Very clean, modern hotel with very friendly staff. Good location and great views. Unparalleled attention to guest needs. Good restaurant choices very close by. Top of my list to stay again. No hesitation in recommending to friends & family.

We were returning to Nova Scotia on April 6,2024 and started looking for a hotel in the Danbury area. We decided to try the Holiday Inn were stayed back in November. To our surprise the HI was bought by Comfort Inn and Suites. We spoke to Steven Salloway (office manager) and he was able to give us one of his last rooms available. He also applied a coupon credit reducing the rate. The hotel was being renovated and the rooms refreshed however no work was carried out during our stay. The hotel is ideally located close to restaurants and shopping areas. We will definitely return in the fall on our way to Florida.

Good clean room and decent breakfast.Stayed here while attending a convention across the street. Very beautiful hotel and well maintained. Lovely staff, had great conversations with them. The bed felt cozy and I appreciate the fact that my fresh towels were ready every evening.

Hotel has been recently renovated. Rooms are very clean and they are improving daily. Smells fresh and bright. Breakfast was good and hot, coffee was excellent. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was wonderful and helpful, a shout out to Steve for all his help in assuring our stay was pleasant.

From the elegant decor to the attentive staff, this hotel made us feel like royalty. The dining options were superb, offering a culinary journey that delighted our taste buds. Every moment spent here was truly memorable. loved it so much!!
