衞生真的不錯，離地鐵公交站也很近，附近還有早市和大菜市，但你要講價哦！酒店經理很熱心，樓層阿姨也笑容滿面，衹有前台接待跟欠錢似的，窮橫的樣子，建議酒店調崗但不跟客人打交道部門，否則真影響生意！忠懇建議！！！

衞生：很好，房間和行李很乾凈。就是忘記拍照這裏被褥毛巾浴巾的乾淨程度，可以説被褥等太潔凈了！
服務態度好特別是經理能為顧客及時解決問題。三名前台服務員態度好，能夠為顧客着想。
總之這個酒店是我很滿意的一次住宿。下次來大連我還住這裏。

性格比很高，以前的格林豪泰保持的很好，價格還比原來便宜，浴巾 毛巾 床品都有淡淡的消毒水味道，出門幾分鐘到火車站，周邊很多飯店東西很便宜。

位置好，距離火車站北不遠，就是第一天去辦入住的前台女的態度不好，有點不耐煩的感覺，房間打掃的一般，其它的都很滿意。
