工作出差定了這家酒店，下飛機到的時候已經後半夜四點了。酒店大堂很乾凈，因為到的有點晚，所以感覺有點不好意思，但是前台真的很大方熱情，長得也很漂亮，她耐心的幫我辦理入住，主動告訴我房間裏的無線網和入住有任何需要都可以24小時聯繫，雖然説這是服務人員應該有的，但是那個時間啦，能看得出來前台小姑娘已經帶點睏意，但是他還是很熱情耐心的和我講解[強][強]因為已經很累了，所以進房間就洗漱一下，房間不大，二三十平的樣子。但是又温馨又乾淨。衞生間裏是24小時熱水，收拾一下行李洗了個熱水澡就趕快休息了，在這個酒店住了一週左右的時間，整體感覺非常好，每個人都很熱情，客房服務員也會耐心地為你打掃房間裏的每個角落，每次路過前台的時候，小姐姐都會熱情的和你打招呼，彷彿有一種在外出差也像到家了的感覺，非常棒。 海友酒店 下次見[握手]

公司出差朋友推薦的一家酒店 酒店位於大連高新園區繁華地帶 交通便利周邊吃的玩的也多 出行方便 門口有停車位非常便攜 24小時實時監控很放心 前台簡潔温馨 音樂聽着很舒服小姐姐更是漂亮大方 服務熱情主動 處理事情干脆周到 房間採光好 安靜舒適 衞生很乾凈 床墊舒服 淋雨出水快24小時熱水 房間獨立網絡辦公也很方便 客房阿姨特別親切 打掃衞生動作麻利周到 總體真的非常好 強力推薦啊家人們

設施：酒店翻新過，設施不全，房間沒有浴巾洗浴用品很簡陋，如同幾十元的賓館
衞生：床單被套乾淨，但是衞生細節打掃不乾淨，有小飛蟲🦟，
環境：地處繁華階段，週末基本滿房，客房阿姨11點會敲門詢問是否打掃衞生（這一點很不好，不知道酒店如何培訓的），如果需要休息的客户就會很打擾
服務：攜程會提供免費升房，告知前台，前台説沒有房了，可是攜程明明還有房間未顯示售罄，且上樓後有空的客房（這一點因為是週末可以理解），但是前台解釋很敷衍，辦理入住工作人員服務態度有待改善，退房時退房前台另外一個工作人員辦理退房服務態度很好，值得點贊👍
或許是週末且地處繁華地段，在華住會中這次入住體驗是最差的（攜程金鑽會員，點評專家特評）

房間乾淨，整潔，沒有異味，房間大，外窗風景好，安靜舒適，價格實惠，物超所值，前台服務好，很熱情，交通也很便利，附近就是公交站和地鐵站，去逛街的地方也很多，旁邊就是萬達廣場，吃飯的地方超級多，體驗感超級棒！

客房24小時熱水，浴室大，水質好，備品齊全，停車方便，車位充足，設施新，數字電視，電視很大，頻道很多，有枱燈！客房乾淨，整潔，沒有異味，房間大，外窗風景好，温度適宜，很温暖，安靜舒適，價格實惠，物超所值，前台服務好，很熱情，幫我訂房，辦理入住快，有問必答，特別細心，有禮貌，人員業務專業，服務一流，適合出差，值得一去，網速快，很周到，住着安心，又方便，有家的感覺，位置好，旁邊就是商場，購物方便，交通便利，入住優先考慮，值得推薦，都很棒，還會光顧，整體非常棒，酒店特別好！

服務：酒店工作人員很熱情，經過前台都會問好，有什麼需要的聯繫前台都能及時得到迴應，畢竟服務好住的就很舒心。我還碰巧看到前台再給住客推薦好玩的地方，也會很熱情地招待客人 （*≧▽≦）
地理位置：離七賢嶺地鐵站大概3-4分鐘的路程，門口也有電車，離海事大學也很近，附近小吃店和便利店很多，而且隔壁就是萬達廣場和錦輝，吃飯也很方便。離大多數熱門景點都是十幾分鍾到幾十分鐘的地鐵，地理位置很方便。隔壁的大廈裏面還有許多隱藏小店（比如初見diy蛋糕），酒店旁路口賣瓜的老婆婆的西瓜也很甜很便宜！
衞生情況：衞生打掃得十分乾淨的，用品基本上都是一次性的，而且還提供一次性馬桶墊，這點比較驚喜，也有提供洗手液。
小建議：我覺得酒店能在客房裡提供免費礦泉水（因為這個成本也不是很高），不過在前台有免費的飲用水。
這個價位在大連能有這樣的服務和地理位置性價比真的很高很高了

這裏的環境和服務都非常好，剛進酒店大廳前台小姐姐就微笑的想我們問好，行李拿的比較多還問候是否需要幫忙，辦理入住非常快，時刻提醒我們有任何需要都可以找她們。 房間裏也很乾凈温馨，就是一個比較平價的地方，但是所有工作人員熱情的就像到家了一樣，客房阿姨也很熱情，我們人多多要了一床被子，當時阿姨在忙 毫無怨言的給我們添了一床還問需不需要枕頭，我都有點不好意思了。非常好的一次體驗，下次來大連玩首選這家！
