這個賓館是真不行家人們，服務態度不好，打電話沒人接，然後到了以後，她給我們開了一間三樓的最最最靠裡麪的一間房，距離遠就不説了，而且把窗簾拉開以後居然是大連站的火車，這我是沒有想到的，晚上全是火車的播報，吵到我直接睡不了覺，一夜醒了4次，我都服了，而且衞生不行，床單上有臟東西就算了還居然有毛髮，受不了了。總之我一個外地人也不能這麼欺負吧，真的很差。 衞生：差 環境：晚上全是火車播報，吵的睡不着 服務：差 設施：一般

一開始還擔心環境衞生，入住體驗非常好，比想象乾淨，設施也都很新，交通方便服務也挺好，滿意，下次還住他家。

住了很多不同賓館，第一次遇見不提供礦泉水和衞生紙的，而且屋裡也衹有一雙一次性拖鞋，一人穿一衹嗎？訂的温馨大床房，但是床一點也不大，兩個成年人（正常身高體重）就很擁擠，房間整體空間狹小，房間清掃就更不乾淨了，這就是我一天300多一住的賓館，價錢上去了，服務也提升提升啊，玩了一天回去，結果發現換下來的床單就放在櫃子上，沒人收拾，浴室裏麪的浴巾也亂糟糟的擺在洗漱台上，真是糟糕透了……

特別好，老闆很好，房間整潔乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，温馨有安全感，離地鐵站，火車站很近很方便

從大連新港坐大巴回來下車就是賓館 距離大連站也方便 去各個景點也不遠 附近有公交到景點 衞生服務都挺好
