Oak Chateau Dalian

I came to Dalian Citywalk on May Day and looked for a hotel half a month in advance. I saw this apar**ent hotel on Ctrip. The room area is not bad, but not as big as written on the promotional page (the Ctrip page says 50 square meters, but it is actually estimated to be only about 30 square meters. Is the public area also included?). It is close to the subway station and the transportation is quite convenient, but it is a bit far from the scenic spot. Fortunately, Dalian is not very big, so it is acceptable. The shower and toilet in the room are separated into dry and wet, which is good. The home appliances and furniture are relatively complete, but there are obvious stains on the carpet and sofa, which is probably difficult to clean (the hotel should think of a way to solve this problem, otherwise the subsequent guests will have a bad stay experience). The TV has a set-top box, but you can't watch TV stations.

The sanitation is not very good, the sound insulation is a bit average, you can hear people talking and walking outside, which affects your rest. Other aspects are OK, the price is not very expensive, it's average, no surprises, no accidents.

The room is spacious and the check-in experience is very good. The front desk service attitude is also good. The sofa in the lobby downstairs is very comfortable. It is also good to meet friends for tea. The room is clean and the toiletries are also very good.
