還不錯，整體性價比挺高，房間還可以，就是熱水怎麼不熱，温的，洗澡温度不夠，沒有暖氣，需要用空調供暖，太乾燥，對於冬天來説不太友好！

我真是迫不及待給差評了，晚上十一點巨大的ktv聲有點太離譜了吧，足足唱到1點，我不知道是不是天天這樣，但這一次就足夠我給你差評了，這一樓少説一二百人吧，作為酒店你聽不見？你不去溝通一下照顧一下顧客？ 也就是不能給負分

房間設施符合價位標準，基本滿意沒什麼。問題在於我早上九點睡醒，發現停電，因為房間便宜，基本無外界光照，我打電話到前台詢問，前台一男子回覆15分鐘左右恢復，我準備洗澡的衹好等，又睡著了，剛好一個小時後醒來，發現正好一個小時還沒來電，我再次致電前台，是一個女人接的電話，表示還得等，可是我沒法等了，抹黑洗澡，11點左右出去退房時測試仍無電，電梯都是停的，説實話酒店他敢在下午入住時間停電嗎，早上就一直停電，我嚴重懷疑是故意停電省電費的，衹能説非常噁心

這個酒店很好，位置在大連主城區中山區明澤街，周邊環境配套很完善，便利店餐飲等。離大連火車站和東港商務區也很近，最近的地鐵站是中山廣場B1口，周邊也有很多公交，前台服務好，客房還有大投影可以看，非常不錯，下次還會再來的。

酒店價格相對來説不貴，性價比高。位於主城區，出行吃飯購物旅遊都方便。房間大，還有一個亮點就是房間內有一個大投影屏幕。有點欠缺的是，不是每天收拾房間。
