這家酒店和在攜程網上宣傳的完全不一樣，有欺騙之嫌。
1，網上説房間有23平方米，實際上不到10平方米（有照片為證）。
2，房間裏既沒有燈也沒有排氣扇。
3，第二天續住也沒有搞衞生。
4，2、300元/晚的房間沒有礦泉水。
5，明明和嘉逸和酒店同在嘉和廣場裏，他們在電梯裏設了前台，而傑克酒店不僅沒有前台連指示牌都沒有，很難找。
6，房間裏連餐巾紙都沒有。
7，電視也不能看，遙控器沒有用。
8，服務人員態度不好，問問，什麼都沒有。
9，不要説掛衣服，連掛毛巾的地方都沒有。
10，不僅乾濕不分離，洗一個澡衞生間裏像發洪水一樣，連拖鞋也飄浮在上面。
像這種情況，平台該怎麼處理。
