樓層高視野好，可以看到大海，房間也佈置的非常温馨，地理位置非常優越，步行可以到達地鐵站，樓下有超市還有賣水果的，飯店也很多，而且離海邊比較近，衞生間稍小了一點，然後不是很隔音，但總體來説不錯，推薦！

老闆很好，到達公寓一樓大廳，老闆會來接我們上樓，住宿的床品乾淨，周圍的公交地鐵很方便，如果地上免費停車不好找，可以地下停車場，車位充足12小時大概35元。總之覺得入住體驗感很好！

自助式入住不錯 ( 但請事先主動加微信聯繫, 到埗才教你怎樣自助入住) 。公寓房間很大, 樓層很高遠望整個大連境式, 大床非常舒適。有洗衣機但要去買洗衣液。公寓大堂有一所便利商店, 非常方便。更有**外賣專櫃。附近非常多餐廳, 容易打車, 非常推薦! 公寓升降機需拍卡按特有樓層, 獨遊安全。唯一缺點是大廈的隔音一般, 整晚聽到鄰居在吵架。
