房間很潮，牆上有發黴的地方，也很簡陋，沒啥設施，有電梯，但是舊樓後改造的，需要爬2次樓梯才能坐電梯。小老闆服務挺好，幫忙把大箱子送到房間了。現在大連賓館酒店價格上漲，這個價位就算便宜了，想要好點的，還得訂連鎖酒店。

很一般，是個老舊的樓，屋內設施陳舊臟污，唯一的優點是在市內，交通便利。網絡連不上。大連的房價暴漲。這樣的賓館房價也很貴。
