4.最奇葩的來了，正在屋裡躺着，保安大叔用門禁卡把我房間門打開了，我問幹什麼，告訴我，前台讓他看看是不是空房。我真的無語，確認是不是空房的方法不是敲門嗎？敲門問是不是有人不就可以確認了嗎？為什麼是自己用房卡開門？如果客人不在，保安要進來嗎？如果有人在屋裡沒穿衣服呢？難以想象會有這種酒店，竟然直接開門看屋裡有沒有人。前台讓確定是否有人，就説明有可能有人，這就直接開門看了。真想投訴如家總部。而且房間號也能聽錯嗎？不知道前台説錯還是聽錯，真是夠差了
