We had the executive room and it was very big and very good. The hotel staff were also friendly. Note, the hotel lobby is on the 11th floor, not the first floor.

👎We had to wait for an hour before we could check in when we arrived because they said the room we booked hadn’t been cleaned yet. The lady at the reception even suggested that we book elsewhere🤦🏽♀️
When we arrived to the room, we noticed that the floors hadn’t been mopped and the trash cans in the bathrooms hadn’t been emptied.
We asked to change the bedsheets on the second day and we were told that we could only change the bedsheets once every 3 days!
