酒店設施有點兒陳舊，預訂房間後，電話告知雙人浴缸因故障用不了。到店後主卧室空調故障也用不了。服務員大姐拉來一個電暖器供暖。服務員大姐服務還是非常好的。房間內温度可以接受，偏冷。有免費的停車，無線Wi-Fi，礦泉水。初四的價格1.4k多，私湯熱水有股雞蛋皮味兒，應該是温泉水吧。酒店的浴巾疊出了造型，準備了浴巾，浴袍。前台入住，結房時間較快。冰箱內飲品價格適中。入住時停車場較亂，第二天好多了。酒店早餐尚可，有煮雞蛋，麪條等，算中式早餐吧。沒有煎雞蛋，沒有麪包片，沒見到肉腸之類的。餐廳服務員態度不錯。

酒店很好，四星沒毛病，停車位充裕，温泉水地道，私湯別墅很特別設計人性化，如果能再加個床就好了，標間適合長者住，可惜跟別墅不在同一個區域，早餐很好炒菜涼菜都可口，補菜很快

酒店乾淨整潔，設施配套齊全，前台的服務人員態度很好，耐心回答問題，特別是餐廳的服務人員，服務態度非常好，為我們提供了很好的服務，我們人多（16個人）還帶着2名小童，當天正好有一個人過生日，她們知道後貼心的送了長壽麪和祝福，她們的名字叫：許星梅，孫小京🌹🌹，在一次謝謝她們倆！

雖然前期有些不愉快，後續解決還是很順暢的，酒店設施還是不錯的，房間空間也很大，這附近的酒店也衹有這個酒店還不錯。單獨提出表揚是這個鏈鎖，需要按下去才能打開，一人出差在外，安全最重要了！

超過預期，早餐和温泉票茶點如之前評價所説比較簡單，但畢竟價位在那兒，可以接受的。其他方面總體很好。定了一個温泉別墅和一個最便宜的標間。標間很整潔，不低於三星的水平，晚上休息足夠了，送的果盤。服務人員很好。温泉水有很明顯的硫磺氣味，推薦。

預訂的普通間，給免費升級了豪華間，室內很寬敞，陰面有點冷，又給調到了陽面，服務超讚。還送了水果和酸奶，房間裏準備的養生茶也不錯，泡完温泉，回來喝上一壺，很舒服。早餐也很豐盛，整體感覺温馨、舒適，體驗很好。

房間夠大夠寬敞，温泉有淡淡臭雞蛋味（入住時尤明顯），洗漱／衞生方面乾淨整潔且還帶一間桑拿屋，前台／客服人員熱情周到。不足：洗漱間無掛放衣服的設施，房內手機充電不方便且插座位置不合理（偏低），酒店的餐廳菜品一般，停車比較方便。總之是一次不錯的泡浴體驗。
