I really enjoyed the stay in Hilton Danang. The room was clean and have a good view of Han River where you can catch sunrise while in bed just looking out at the window. Breakfast was good. They serve very nice Vietnamese Iced Coffee and variety of Vietnamese & international food. Location wise was good too. Near to vincom plaza and walking distance to Han market & the pink cathedral.

Very good hotel for the price. It's kind of trying to be trendy, cosplaying Moxy and the likes. The only problem I encountered was the ventilation: there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The staff changed the room quickly and were very helpful and apologetic. Staff is definitely fantastic here! Regarding the room, it was small and pretty barebones, but clean and had great panoramic windows. One very important thing missing was the kettle. Fridge, shower and and WiFi worked great.

My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.

The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.

Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

I first came to Da Nang, thinking of a place to live, let’s find a youth hostel. The guy at the front desk smiles when he sees people. There is also a young lady who speaks Chinese. She lives in a very comfortable place. She rented a motorcycle from someone else’s. It's a little expensive, 150,000 VND a day, but the car is a better grade than others. I spent more than ten days in Da Nang, and then I rented a motorcycle from him somewhere else. It really feels comfortable to drive. The environment and facilities are super worthwhile for this price. I have also stayed in other hostels, and this is a great value for money. The bed is also a bit soft, I am a bit uncomfortable sleeping on a hard bed, but the youth hostels here are all soft beds of this kind, except for this soft bed I am not very satisfied, the others are simply superb

I visited Da Nang for a business trip. I made a reservation at a cheap place because it's an early morning flight. If it's the same price, go to Sanova next door. When I checked in, I was informed that the water was free and checked out at midnight, but another employee asked for money It's not free of charge, but 50,000 dong per bottle, so I gave my card and told him to just go. Anyway, August 14, '22, you night worker, make a decent buck, don't do anything stupid

Late evening flight. I want to wash and go to the airport. Cheap and good place to go to the last sightseeing or airport I'm going. If you think about this price first, Other complaints will disappear. The location is really good. Right opposite the Diocese of Da Nang !! The room is spacious (good to carry luggage ^^) I'm not air-conditioned. Air conditioning is bread ^^ About 9 hours after checking out on the night flight I wrote it very well.

Great hotel and location close to the Dragon Bridge and market and food stores. Very friendly staff especially the breakfast staff. The infinity rooftop pool has amazing views of the Dragon Bridge and Han River. Shame we came back late and didn’t have time to take a swim in the pool and was busy the next day at Bana Hills. Deluxe Twin Room was big and comfortable, clean and had rain shower and all requests were met. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again if we go back. Great value for money.

Because I knew there would be a bar nearby. Communicate with the staff in advance that you need a room facing a quiet location. The staff politely arranged for a back room with a high bar for convenient eating and takeout; windows with shadows of dancing trees, curtains and old Chinese chairs add elegance to this room. The resting space is sufficient, but the air conditioner is not cool enough and only blows towards the end of the bed, and the faucet is in disrepair. When arriving at the hotel, be careful of roads with heavy traffic. Crossing the road is like an adventure every time.

I arrived late at night, but thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to check in and relax comfortably. I booked a room with two beds for a family of three, and the room had a slight view of the beach and was overall clean, so it was nice to spend a night with my child. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. It was well stocked with basic toothbrushes, cotton swabs, soap, etc., and the water tasted good. The breakfast food was simple and all delicious. Although the breakfast space is small, the time zone is wide, so there is no difficulty in using it. The staff are all friendly and proactive in providing guidance, so I was able to use it more comfortably. The currency exchange shop, wooden restaurant, fruit shop (Mimi), and Mike Beach are all within walking distance, and it is conveniently located in a good location where the cost of using Grab is low.

Wonderful stay at Mangata. The team really made me feel welcome and the front rooms are so beautiful on the beach, with an infinity pool on the roof overlooking the ocean. The breakfast buffet was above average for this price level, with fresh hot food and omelettes made on request to the chef, a magnificent view of the beach on three sides. I am especially indebted for the booking team and managements’ flexibility after I had a change of dates. Their conduct was simply exemplary in dealing with this situation at short notice, something you’d never see in a comparable hotel in the western hemisphere.

I can't say that the staff were helpful or unhelpful as we didn't speak each others language and no amount of sign language enabled us to tell the receptionist that our safe was locked when we entered the room, therefore rendering it useless for our 4 night stay. The room we had was huge with a large terrace and a fabulous view of Dragon bridge, sadly that was the only positive. The mattress was absolutely rock hard and the room felt dingy and depressing. As I said, we were there for 4 nights and no attempt was made to clean our room until the 3rd day of our stay. We were out for hours each day so I have no idea why it wasn't done. We had to go searching for toilet rolls etc. Most of the furniture in the room was in an okay state, apart from the fridge which had definitely seen better days but the bathroom was awful. Dirty. I really didn't like the fact that every time we entered or left the hotel there was somebody sitting at the coffee table in reception chewing on sunflower seeds and discarding the skin/peel whatever it is all over the coffee table. A disgusting habit anyway but we were there during the coronovirus scare and to have people's spit all over the table is a health hazard as well as being generally revolting. Needless to say we will not be returning.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. When we arrived,bellboy and doorman Andrew welcome us with smile.We really love his cheerfulness. Our luggage was also carried to the room by him. The hotel receptionis Ivy ,Jenny and Cindy also patiently answered our doubts one by one. We feel very happy and joyful here. The hotel rooms are very clean and the location is good.We also satisfied with the buffet breakfast here.

They did not clean the room for 3 continuous nights even if we requested. The reception never be there cos they have to move among 2 other hotels. When you need them have we ride a bike to your property ~ 10min. We come from gas station and waited at the gate for 15mins for him to come over and open the door. They did not know where the towels are when i come to ask for some and there is no housekeeping for 3 nights (my family made a mistake extended 2 nights). The trash bin is full my mother have to empty it herself. In short, there is no-one there, it is all self-service! The manager whose name is Ngan Katy never apologised which means this is their standard. I did not even see her cos she never showed up just texting and i cant even call her. She said will meet the when check out to settle down but she did not showed up even i called her number many times. All she did is telling us they are not wrong and we must made a mistake. The first one I met there ms. Duy told lie that she did informed 2 days per clean up which they could not even did. Not to mention the policy said daily housekeeping on booking.com there were no compensation no face to face apologise and no towels. Bonus: there is a bar booming above your head at 3am!
