The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.

My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.

I really enjoyed the stay in Hilton Danang. The room was clean and have a good view of Han River where you can catch sunrise while in bed just looking out at the window. Breakfast was good. They serve very nice Vietnamese Iced Coffee and variety of Vietnamese & international food. Location wise was good too. Near to vincom plaza and walking distance to Han market & the pink cathedral.

First day, the hair dryer is not hot and I requested them to send a moveable dryer and they sent someone to repair the hair dryer. By the time the person fix it my hair was dried. Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

This is located in a more local area I would say. Just downstairs is Le Duan Night Market. And a 3 mins walk to Con Market which has ample of local hawker food choices. You can take in the sights of wet market, dried food stalls, clothing and bag stalls. There is a bakery few doors down of the hotel on the same side. Popeye and KFC a little further down. Other than that, not much around as in it is not a area which is spotted with ample of shops, cafe and eateries. But, this is not really a problem as you can easily Grab anywhere. Highland Coffee is about an 8 min walk at the junction. I booked 2 rooms Superior Double Rooms. One had a big window facing the city. Unfortunately, I had the inner room assigned with a narrow frosted window so it was basically just 4-walls, Wished they had mentioned that.

Why did Sanitation give a star? Because there were cockroaches in the room on the first night, there were a lot of cockroaches, contact the front desk and tell us that we can only change the room the next day because there is no room. We took our three children, so why go to the hotel in the middle of the night? I sprayed a lot of mosquito repellent by myself, but fortunately I brought my own sheets, and it will be one night! We enjoyed a 4 day stay in GIC hotel and it was one of the best hotels we were! Breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly and polite and everyone speaks English! Huuuge thanks to the special attention we received from Chris, front office manager!! He treated us with special attention and gave us tips for trips, what to visit in Da Nang etc. he also speaks English perfectly. Thank you, i would love to return back here and stay here again ;)

As it was my 1st time in Danang, Lan and her team were very helpful to my request for directions, was able to provide their personal recommendations of places to eat local food and the recommendations were quite good in fact. Although I booked my own Grab to move within the city, they were proactive to help me ask within their network, to double check for the correct destination. Especially on the last day, they helped me talk to the Grab driver, to ensure that I was driven to correct airport terminal for my flt. Overall, I enjoyed the interaction with the friendly hotel staff, would highly recommend this hotel! Summary Location: Near Han market and lots of popular eateries within a 15mins walk Traveller’s note: On my 1st night, opposite the hotel, there was a local eatery which had a karaoke session which was very noisy. This was the only thing which I found was irritating. Local eateries nearby to consider for meals: 1) Bep Cua Ngoai - Local dishes Add: 136b Yên Bái, Phước Ninh, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam 2) Bún chả cá Bà Hoa - Bún chả cá Add: 27 Lê Hồng Phong, Phước Ninh, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam eatery note: Do try the soy milk, it is good! Thank you for changing the shared shower room to the individual shower room free of charge. It's a good system to carry the key with you, and it's nice to be able to enter and exit from the side passage without passing through the lobby. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn't work. Well, even if it was 30 degrees during the day, the room was comfortable, so it might not be necessary all year round.

The owners are very welcoming. My family rented the whole homestay to attend a relative's wedding. The owners are knowledgeable on where to go to support local businesses and sightseeing.
