My daughter stayed here as part of a group for an event. She enjoyed her stay here but she left a treasured possession in the room which was never found or returned. Communication with the hotel was disappointing.

E’ la seconda volta che ho il piacere di risiedere in questa struttura alberghiera. Arrivare in hotel ed essere accolto con il sorriso, soprattutto essere riconosciuti fa un immenso piacere. Monica e Jamina erano alla reception a svolgere le normali funzioni di check in, mi hanno salutato con la cordialità e una grande professionalità. Per questo già, nella mia logica di pensiero, hanno meritato il livello di “eccellenza”. Tutto il resto in linea con l’accoglienza. Camera pulitissima, letto ottimo. La colazione gradevolissima, anche la crostata vegana a riscosso la mia approvazione. Il mio hotel a Cuneo al 1000 per 1000. Grazie Monica a presto.

Soggiorno in questo hotel da molti anni ma da quando ha cambiato gestione è una delusione... Pulizia della camera è al minimo indispensabile, letto "tirato sù" e lenzuola in 10 gg cambiate 1 Volta!!! Le camere venivano"riordinate" nel tardo pomeriggio cosa che se si rientrava alle 14 circa non era ancora pronta... L unica nota positiva è la cordialità del personale...spero che possa migliorare il servizio e la pulizia...

Ormai la qualità di tutte le strutture B&B non si discute ma Hotel Cristal di Cuneo è stata veramente una sorpresa inaspettabile...camere bellissime con letto comodissimo colazione ottima e parcheggio a disposizione veramente enorme...cosa chiedere di più per visitare una bellissima città come Cuneo
