Aluguei pelo app Trip.com quarto para duas pessoas, ao chegar no local fui surpreendida com a informação que eu havia reservado um quarto com uma cama de solteiro, sendo que no site (trip.com) me deram a opção de duas camas de solteiro ou uma de casal. Eu obviamente escolhei a segunda opção, deste modo, fui compelida a arcar com um valor de R$ 60,00 (sessenta reais) para fazer um upgrade para a cama de casal, até aí OK! O problema de fato foram as instalações do meu banheiro vinha um barulho de motor, um barulho de forma interrupta, vinha e parava, em razão disso não consegui dormir tranquilamente, e acordava toda vez que o barulho aparecia.

Not sure why this property is so highly rated. It was (mostly) clean and minimally comfortable. Shower had grout blackened by mildew. Two towels but no hand towels. Had to ask maintenance to come up and show is how to get the AC working. (We correctly deciphered the handheld control, but there was a separate unmarked wall switch almost hidden by the bed.) Restaurant closes relatively early after dinner. Price was high for this quality of accommodation. It was clean and comfortable enough, but below what I expected given the photos and price.

Dificuldade em localizar a minha reserva e atendimento hostil. Inexistência de opções gratuita se fornecimento de utensílios. Pelo valor da diária, esperava mais bem como o peso do nome de carrega. O local estava em manutenção. Só um elevador funcionava e comportava apenas 4 pessoas. Por ser supostamente um quarto superior luxo, esperava luxo.
