Nice to have breakfast available. Comfortable beds aand pillows. Would be nice to have netflix app on TV ao guests could log into their own accounts.

The service was great, room clean and comfortable, breakfast was expansive and delicious. My only negative was that the bed was hard, but that's subjective. If I ever find myself in Crookston in the future, I would stay here again. =)

Wow! We were greeted with such friendly staff! The lobby was clean & organized! Check in was a breeze! Our room was wonderfully clean & smelled clean too. The room was stocked with everything we could need. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful! Many different options to choose from! So glad we stayed at this hotel. Definitely will be our top choice next time we are in town!

The hotel refused to honor a prepaid reservation. I had a reservation for a room with two queen beds. They wanted to force me to take a room with a sofa sleeper and king bed. Totally unacceptable. They could have given me a room with two king beds, but they said I would have to pay more. The management is unscrupulous and the AmericInn in Crookston, MN should be avoided. I found another hotel and stayed there.

I was greeted by very pleasant employees who even offered to help carry luggage to my second floor room if I needed.
The lobby, room, pool area was well kept and clean. The only things that weren’t 5 stars were the shower pressure (very low) and the hot tub could have used some attention. Overall, our stay was great.
