Best Western Cooperstown Inn Suites

Always stay here when we visit Cooperstown. Clean, quiet, a quick drive to Main Street and the Hall of Fame, reasonably priced, and very friendly staff. We had an issue with our car last time we were there and the staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Great spot for families.

We were in Cooperstown for a short Christmas outing to enjoy Glimmernights. Our stay was excellent! The hotel is bright and nicely decorated. Our room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in and out was very friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation - Mel's. He was obviously proud of Cooperstown! The free breakfast was one of the better ones we have encountered on our travels - all the regular fare along with fresh breakfast sausage and a delish homemade breakfast casserole!!! All in all a great experience!!

Was a quick stay, came in late, left early. Hotel is very clean and close to Cooperstown.

The check in staff was lovely. Helpful as to where to eat. We stayed one night, which we have done in the past. Morning showers were impossible. NO HOT WATER! All we asked for was a comfortable bed (it was) and a shower. Ran water for 10 minutes trying to see if the water would warm up, without luck. And waste of water. I told the front desk - all I got was shrugged shoulders. No compensation. He did ask if everything else was ok (what else was there?). Too bad. As said I have stayed here without issue multiple times at this time of year without issue. Won’t again.

This is the third time staying at this particular Best Western Inn. My stay, as usual was top notch. From the front desk interactions with the staff and the cleanliness & comfortability of the rooms. Breakfast was very good & tasteful. The accommodations during hunting season to start breakfast at 4am was praiseworthy & admirable. Kudos to Best Western in every way 👍 Thank You to all !!👏👏

Stayed two nights to visit the Hall of Fame. Check in was quick and easy. The room is spacious and clean. Parking was easy. The grounds were safe and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay.

It is a clean alternative to paying too much money for one night in downtown Cooperstown. & Minutes away. Expect lots of kids

I wanted to give this hotel a higher rating but I just can’t given our experience. Initially, everything seemed okay. But we slowly started noticing some things, which are listed below. Some of these were more of an inconvenience than others. - It REAKED of smoke. We got a non-smoking room but we could still smell it. It was honestly nauseating. - The pool and jacuzzi looked meh and like they weren’t on or accessible. - The shower head looked like it had a build-up of hard water or soap scum or something. - The water lever was loose and you couldn’t really tell what you were adjusting it to. - There’s only one ledge in the shower and everything you place on it just falls right off. - The sink in the bathroom is at thigh level, which is very short. If you want to wash your face in the sink and you’re taller than 5’6” good luck! - Netflix didn’t work on the TV even though the option was there. - The beds were very high. If you’re short, they’ll be difficult to climb into. - No slippers. - You can hear everything going on in the hallway and UPSTAIRS… .. That was the worst part, the upstairs guests. We were on the first floor and someone checked in the second day we were there. The second they got into the room all we could hear was their stomping. No, not just walking around, stomping. If someone told me they were bowling upstairs, I’d believe it. They were stomping back and forth across the room for HOURS and slamming things. I’m sorry, but what the hell are people doing just
