Deceiving photography, nice friendly reception staff, rooms poor, dirty, bedside lights looked like never been wiped over, old rattly windows, bed comfortable, unsure is covers washed, felt itchy, shower hot, cheap basic accommodation, good location 5 minute walk from the beach and central to shops and restaurants, space kennedy centre 20 mins easy drive.

Our room was supposed to be ready at 3pm, but we were told when we arrived that check in only starts at 3pm and our room could be ready hours later. It wasn’t until close to 5 that our room was actually ready. Our door didn’t lock properly, and there was splattered brown bodily fluids on the walls and doors. At least the beds and shower were clean, and the surrounding area was easy to walk to.

When I made the reservation I ask for a bottom room cause I was in company of 2 disabled persons, they give us a room upstairs very difficult to climb stairs for them we spoke to the manager no help there

Beds weren’t clean and were uncomfortable. There were hair and what looked like two or three different stains on the lining and pillowcases. It was like the lining was just remade up on the bed. As you moved around, felt like they were going to fall apart. Thus we slept in our clothes.

Close walk to beach access and shopping. The staff was nice at check in but Hotel is under renovation and the room we were assigned was directly above the workers. Very loud between 8-5pm! They also mentioned no one at front desk/office between 11pm -7am so no one to call if emergencies??? The price was low so overall an ok stay for one night.

No coffee maker nor would they give us one. No shampoo! Outside in disrepair. Smelled like smoke in the room. Not the worse I have stayed in but will not be back.

Room floor was disguisting. The air conditioning unit was very loud. Trash was overflowing in outside can. Looked like mold growing on wall in bathroom. Dont like the fact there is no one at the desk from 11pm to 7 am.
