The location is amazing and it was great to stay there during Halloween event. The only two things that I want to say is the warm water could have been warmer and for the air conditioning in the room to not be so high.

Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Great location for food and drinks. Stayed for a week and room didn't get cleaned for 48 hours.

Aloft is situated in a beautiful area withing walking distance of Cleveland Browns Stadium. It has extensive dining options available. The room was pristine. The whole experience was perfect. We fully intend to come back again. Nothing else in Cleveland has comparable comfort and amenities to date.

The one problem was the room wasn't cleaned while we out the first day and we had to get clean towels and toiletries. Other than that I would stay there again

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed on the second floor. Our air conditioning was leaking so the carpet under the desk was wet but aside from that no complaints for our room. We got a drink at the hotel bar and played some pool before we went out. It took 2 minutes to walk to the flats and was just a short uber drive away from W 9th where we got dinner. Overall very satisfied and recommend!

Room service was inconsistant. Towels some days only. Forgot to leave any towels twice. Same was bottled water, eplaced only once in 4 days. Ironing board was broken. Sink would fill quickly and not drain. And worst of all no place to put amenites in shower.
