Stayed in one of the boutique rooms during spring festival. The room was super clean with a great view of the bridge. The hotel is on the 5th floor of the platform complex, the activity room is on the 4th floor and shops and restaurants are on the 3rd floor. The rooms are non-smoking but there is a smoking area on the 3rd floor. The staff are all super friendly and always try to be helpful. The only issue is it's very cold around the whole complex. The restaurant at the top of the tower served hot food in cold plates, I'm sure this was just an oversight by the kitchen team. There is a choice of western and Chinese food. Breakfast team were very efficient and there was a good selection available. All in all a good experience for one night. Make sure you pack warm clothes.

房間温馨舒適，氛圍設計感很好，讓客人在輕鬆氛圍中享受到家的温暖，送房有貼心小點心，早餐種類豐富 ，中餐價格比較實惠198 套餐3個吃的挺好，菜品精緻味美，客服小天服務很好，隨時響應我們的需求，總之是比較愉快一趟的旅程，遠離城市喧囂，身心都放鬆。

設施：裏面居然有miniso！本來害怕裏面飯店太貴自己備了零食，到了之後發現其實還好，人均50-100左右，出品挺好。四樓有桌球，乒乓球玩。住房還能免費上塔看風景！
衞生：房間很乾凈，沒有異味，地板也乾淨。
環境：整體感覺十分良好，
服務：一流！大家的態度都好好，離店還送了小禮物
另外建議來之前看好天氣，我來的第一天下雨，啥都沒看到，難受…

春季出遊，踏青掃墓，入住位於杭州灣跨海大橋旁的海天一洲海景酒店。房間符合預期，設施齊全，環境優雅。酒店提供的優質服務令我們難忘。值得一提的是小孫子將手錶及冰箱貼落在洗手間，幾分鐘後，清潔阿姨撿到後立即上交服務枱，特別感謝拾金不昧的阿姨！

房間是很符合年輕人喜歡的，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，乾濕分離的廁所，陽光從早上六七點鐘從窗户外面照射進來，照在房間裏面讓人感覺有一種家的温馨感覺。我們登上了觀光塔看到了非常美麗的海上日出，走的時候小姐姐送了我們兩個精美冰箱貼，還掃碼領取了免費的停車劵，來這一趟是非常值的一次旅遊體驗

聽同事推薦了這個海天一洲景區景色好，服務好，於是帶着老婆自駕游來到這裏。前台小姐姐態度很熱情，不光把我們親自帶到了房間門口，房間內還擺上了歡迎水果。四樓還有手工坊桌球室乒乓球室，反正娛樂設施挺齊全的。服務真的是沒得説讓人體會到賓至如歸的感覺，極力推薦身邊的朋友來玩！

和老媽老婆孩子一起來的這家酒店度週末，定了兩間房，海景房很棒！服務超級好，孩子燙傷了，服務員千方百計搞到了燙傷膏，真是萬分感謝！早餐也很豐富，比較其他酒店的自助早餐，這家做得最用心！房間還包含景區門票，無限次暢遊，很棒！另外還能打桌球，打乒乓，做手工，看電影，甚至還有一架三角鋼琴可以彈一彈是，真的是太棒了，家人一致認為非常棒！以後還會再來喲！
