Example: we found a sick stray dog and the staff huddle together and helped us find a vet close by and ensured we had a way to get there and even offered to translate after we had left. They gave me a number to contact if we needed any help. This type of service I have never experienced before and this is only but one example. Excellent experience. Also - Breakfast amazing, amenities clean and classy. Pool area gorgeous and spacious and all necessities available. Room clean, fancy, amazing view, just wow! I will definitely stay here again and again!
