酒店客服態度極差，打三次電話都是我還沒開始説話，接通後直接掛斷，非常不耐煩。五一節假日你生意翹就真的不得了嗎？而且酒店上説的有免費停車位，其實就是樓下壩壩頭的空地，停那被一個40-50歲的老頭趕出來了，問酒店就是不預留車位。最後自己繞了幾大圈自己去找的付費停車場，真的很窩火。本來打算退房的，但是退款要扣我手續費，不然還要看他們酒店臉色，再找他們溝通，可能又是直接就掛電話。還好可以評論，希望對大家訂酒店有一定的幫助。
