Great amenities and location. The district is bustling and with many stores and nearby a park. It is ideal in case you want to get around the city to places withing walking distance. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

This time I live on the second floor, and people and cars are coming and going in the surrounding community... Of course, if the windows are closed, it will be much quieter.
