下訂單到地方看房子，沒看上房子，根本沒辦理入住，退訂單協商商家不同意，完事不鳥你沒住要全額扣款，房子冰箱上面一層層灰，轉彎牆角發黃一堆污漬，感官很差，這酒店很不建議居住，體驗感極差。

垃圾酒店，因為朋友住附近，為了圖方便定這裏，定了讓朋友去幫忙看，到了入住的時候才説沒房了，要換房，和家人一起來玩的，兩個床的給我換成一個床態度惡劣，辦入住等很久最後給你説沒房了，定了2個第二天我們到了又説沒房，千萬不要定這家，定了不一定有房，提前聯繫好了的説有，等你到了沒有，要臨時給你換，不同意酒店方就把酒店給你取消了，讓你無處可去，去哪兒也拿他沒辦法。來個滿房了不接待。房間發黴，空調臟的不成樣子那些都不説了，因為一起定的房間沒房了換了酒店，沒住結果，房費也不退

感覺酒店沒有打掃乾淨，上個客人的牙刷還在，我爸媽的房間櫃子上還有別人的飲料，反正衞生很一般。到了沙坪壩給老闆打七八個電話一直沒人接，真的很不方便！！我們住的8樓蚊子暴多，我跟我老公一晚上沒睡好！

真的太垃圾了 ，提前訂的房間，大晚上很辛苦的從遠處趕來，居然告訴我沒房間了，那我還要提前訂房間來有什麼用呢？真的很無語。我們到了的時候説是平台在滿房的情況下依然接了單，我想説既然店家你知道了為什麼不能發個消息打個電話及時通知我們呢？哪些人在你那裡訂了房間你個店主還不清楚嗎？這完全是一種不負責的表現。不知道是店家的錯還是平台的錯，該由誰來為這個錯買單，反正最終還是顧客受罪，我們揹着大包小包讓我們大晚上的在大街上另外找房。衹能説店家和平台都沒做好自己的本責，你犯錯那我投訴也是合理的。
