I have stayed several times in the deluxe double room. I really like it. The TV is also available for free on-demand. Besides the facilities are a bit old, it may be so old, but it doesn’t affect the others. They are very good. Recommend!

酒店位置挺好的在萬達背後，走路幾分鐘，沒有臨街還是很安靜。環境也還可以，前台服務態度很好，房間進去感覺還是很滿意，性價比很高，玻璃隔音。推薦推薦！5

一萬個安利金隆酒店，這是一家有温度的酒店，具體原因有：
（1）酒店硬件方面：酒店的環境挺好，設備設施很不錯，外賣送餐用的是機器人，酒店是一整棟大樓，電梯需要房卡才能刷開，很好的保護了顧客的私密性和安全性。
（2）酒店位置方面：酒店位置處於萬州核心區域，從酒店出發步行幾百米就到了萬達廣場。
（3）酒店服務方面：乾淨衞生，消毒到位 ，在這個疫情肆意妄為的時候還是讓人很放心，最重要的服務周到熱心，這也是我寫這條評論的根本原因。事情經過是這樣的：我是晚上7點鐘左右到的，當我走進酒店大廳前台帶眼睛的小姐姐非常熱情的招呼我，然後就問我知道自己定的房間具體情況是什麼樣的嗎，這個時候我心裏咯噔一下，以為這個時候沒房了，她要給我換成其他房間（因為以前在別的酒店發生過），之後才知道是仔細給我介紹房間設施呀。後面小姐姐又主動問我是不是考研的，然後主動幫我打印了准考證和健康承諾書，一共9張。幫我安排到安靜的房間，退房的時候看我沒有袋子裝東西就主動幫我找袋子。
最後，這一系列的服務，真的非常暖心，個人覺得出門在外或者是旅遊，與好酒店設施相比，好的酒店服務更為重要，金隆酒店就是一家既優秀，又有温度的酒店，推薦推薦推薦。
