I booked three rooms on 9.20. First, the child wanted to drink milk powder and asked the waiter to provide a few more bottles of mineral water. The waiter told me that each room only provided two bottles, and there was no more than two bottles at most. In the evening, we played mahjong in the machine mahjong room. In order to facilitate the front desk, we would give an extra room card to avoid waking up the roommates after playing mahjong. As a result, the elderly forgot to bring too many room cards and asked the front desk to open the door at night. When we checked out on September 21 the next day, the front desk said that our family room had three room cards. We said we didn’t have three room cards. ? The front desk staff in white clothes said yin and yang weirdly: "You must have taken it, and the system will show three of them!" This made our family so popular. This was the second time I checked in. The first impression was good, and I will never again. Will not come, there is a problem with management, poor service quality, not recommended! 🔔Service: Poor! ! !

酒店離萬州港和萬達廣場很近，吃喝玩樂都很方便。江景大床房，確實江景無敵，床也超級巨大，房間也很大！確實是寵物友好酒店，對於我帶貓，沒有任何異議也沒有額外收費，這一點很滿意。 但這一晚我沒太睡好，因為洗手間的燈是感應的，關掉之後，不管我自己過去還是貓過去，都會瞬間燈火通明（見P6）我把洗手間浴簾放下了，但還是被照耀了一整晚……當然這也不能全怪酒店，設計之初可能沒有考慮到帶寵物出行這個場景吧！ 至於服務方面，我覺得比較一般，登記時前台衹有一個妹子，服務很普通，不太積極。退房的時候，因為我個人的疏忽，漏了一把TT梳在衞生間（P7這樣的，還挺明顯的），下午我想起來後打電話給前台詢問2506房有沒有撿到，前台説“不會啊，阿姨撿到會第一時間告訴我，她沒跟我們説就是沒撿到！”也完全沒有打算幫我找一下的意思。事兒是小事，但有點失望。

房間雅緻，酒店位置好，風景很好，衞生乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，葷素搭配，廚房衞生非常不錯，吃着放心，服務員態度熱情，第二次入住，非常滿意，下次還是選它

地理位置很不錯，樓下就是萬達，房間看江，晚上沒事可以逛逛濱江路，特別一提的是早餐很不錯，種類多，麪條很好吃。前台小姐姐很熱情！

房間很乾凈 衞生間做到了三分離 可以互不打擾 窗户外就能看到長江 妥妥的江景房 棒👍🏻酒店旁邊就是大階梯 出行很方便

這裡是旅行住宿的一個不錯的選擇，房間很乾凈，服務很周到，有事情需要幫助立馬幫我解決了，下次還來。

房間乾淨衞生，工作人員非常熱情，服務態度良好，酒店視野很好。江邊的美景一覽無餘。值得推薦。
