Receptionists are helpful and nice. Hotel is also very clean. One drawback is the location is a bit difficult to find.

We arrived 4 hours after check in and we had to wait because our room was not cleaned yet. Not located in a great looking area but the rooms were clean and adequate. Good for business trips or short stays.

The overall environment of the hotel is pretty good. The surrounding transportation is very convenient and there are many ways to go out and play. The service from Chen Xiaozhang at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Everyone in the hotel rooms is also very welcoming. Overall it is pretty good.
