Ran into the issue of not having hot water during my stay.. after a long travel, balcony door would not close, the ceiling in the bedroom was low - had to be cautious not to hit my head when getting out of bed. Overall not worth the $230.

Staff fine, but I wouldn't recommend this place otherwise. It was almost empty when I stayed here, although that may be because the restaurant shut at 7pm, which is the time most restaurants normally open. It's also billed as a hotel close to the airport, which is only about ten minutes' drive away. However, when the hotel booked me a taxi I was charged 600 Moldovan Lira (the equivalent of about £25 in Stirling or 28 Euros) which is a lot in Moldova for such a short ride.

Booked multiple times here ambit this last time they required cash payment bc they did not charge my card when I booked it like they used to and what a any other hotel does. I’m so lucky I had cash on me to pay for it otherwise I don’t know what I would have done.

Don’t provide bottle water . Breakfast start at 9.00 am . Not worthead for the money

Only 2 guests there but still got my room wrong and had to swap the beds for 2 singles not the double and single i ordered
Pool empty all other facilities shut
Chef opened kitchen for just us and served what tasted like a microwaved omelette
Sraff very smart and well mannered but very little communication skills

Terrible experience.How can thay had 5 stars i don’t understand.Nothing work properly.servise is poor.water is dosent work thay said 8 o clock breakfast ready till 9:30 stil not ready.And we left thay ask drinking water money aswell.all 5 stars hotel thay give free botel water.Any way never ever recommended

Checked in on a Saturday for a wedding. The entire parking lot was busy. But we found a place. Music rumbled all night until 5 in the morning, so the hotel was in a hurry. We arrived at 8 am for breakfast as we had to go to the airport. We ended up arriving at 8:10. Shower with a bunch of all sorts of buttons and faucets, how to use it is not clear. Hot water starts flowing after 5 minutes. The complex is more designed for entertainment events. You will not be able to relax in a calm environment. Left disappointed.
