The room is slightly small but able to fit 2 small luaggages only. Overall the room is clean as we only stay for 1 night. If the hotel is able to provide transport service to fetch the tourists from the visitor center to their hotel, it will be greatly appreciated for the tourists. The receptionist is helpful and friendly too. The hotel lobby also provides a water dispenser and microwave.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, few minutes walk to Alishan Train Station. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The room is clean but not very spacious.

Good, but abit pricey for the room size (very small room but has all you need). Bed is really comfy for a good night rest

The hotel offered free guided tour at the moment. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The stay is pretty enjoyable except the hotel does not have a lift. Do prepare to take the stairs if staying on the highest floor (4th floor).

Well located in the hotel area of Alishan. Room was very new and clean, well-equipped with heater and necessities and there’s a hot water dispenser as well to get water. Staff was friendly to explain how to go around Alishan as well.
