This hotel is good value for money , kids pool and water park good for children . Restaurant food cheap and good quality . I have a picky toddler who only drinks freshly squeezed orange juice . Only problem is that it’s impossible to order a freshly squeezed orange juice . They only have orange juice from a bottle and they tell you it’s fresh , but it’s not , I ordered again then they give me orange fruit not juice . So if you have orange why you cannnot squeeze the juice .

The hotel is very new and has a nice view on the river bank. It may be a bit noisy during the day when there are cruise ships, but it is very quiet at night. It’s a 5-minute walk from the Blue Temple and provides free bicycles, which is very convenient! The hotel waiters don't seem to be very enthusiastic about Chinese tourists and hope to improve. There is a riverside Western restaurant not far away. The environment and products are very good. It only takes about five minutes to walk. It is recommended as a five-star restaurant.

When we arrived the owner gave us bottles of ice cold water and bananas. The room was tiny, but has everything we need- bed, fan, shelf to put things on and space to store stuff not using under bed. Boiling water, tea, ginger, cold water, bananas, soap and shampoo in the nice hot showers were all provided free! If you wish to pay this little for a room (we paid just 200 baht a night) in Chiang Rai you cant expect luxury. But what you get here is everything you need, great wifi, well looked after (more cold water delivered to us after a day out), a secure place to lock our bikes and excellent hospitality. Our host was a delight.

I arrived late at night at the bus station and took only a short ride (if I remember correctly less than 7 minutes) to the hotel. Got up to the room and enjoyed the chilling breeze of Chiang Rai (you can conveniently let the air in without letting the bugs in from their windows). The staffs were at the reception, ready to assist, when I came down to buy a toothpaste. Got a good night sleep, woke up, and ready to run with my business in town. I would recommend the hotel to those who want to save money and simply want a good, convenient sleep.

A quiet and tranquil environment, very peaceful likewise in a garden with nature. Services tip top from receptionists down to room cleaniness. Good breakfast for east and west, with fresh salads and fruits. Need to walk for 5 minutes to main street near the night market via a back door alleyway. From main entrance about 10 minutes. During the day via backdoor alleyway but after dusk is a challenge for some. To resolve can use bolt private hire for 65 Thai bahts one way in the night. I try it and the alleyway was well lighted and was less threatening. There is a mini mart along the way. Stayed three days and extended two more days, a total of five days given ideal conditions.

Room facilities are simple, with a small balcony, which is large enough and clean, but toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided, so you need to prepare it yourself. There are several bars near the hotel. The Big C supermarket is a 7- or 8-minute walk and the Central Plaza is a 10-minute walk. However, the hotel itself is located in a small alley. It is darker on the way back at night. Because I had to catch a bus in the morning and went to check out at 6 o'clock, the hotel turned out to be alone. After waiting about 10 minutes, I saw a hotel employee and told me that I could leave with the keys at the front desk. It was a self-checkout.
