Although the facility is a little old, it is well maintained, has a good location, good service, and a good breakfast.It is a regular accommodation in Chiang Rai.

We have stayed here many times over the past few years & have been more than happy. However I made a reservation in January for February, all was confirmed but on arrival our room had not been booked in, it was a Friday & apparently the week end was full. My wife & I are 79 years of age & active but we could not walk all over Chiang Rai looking for another room so we accepted an offer from the Owners of a small box room off the dining area. This was not really satisfactory but we had little choice. I am not writing this review to downgrade the Guest House but just to make people aware that if making a booking at the week end, double check & make sure that they have entered your reservation.

Hiden gem, close to bus station, very clean, great management, big room with a balcony, good internet and a bonus breakfast. New towels and water was left at your door every day. I said breakfast was a bonus because it was not mentioned at the bookings but they provide a very good coffee, and made eggs for you.

This is a basic hotel with basic rooms and a basic breakfast, all of which was fine for this level of hotel (B600/night for a room with a balcony). What I liked most about this place was that it was quite near downtown and the bus station, yet on a quiet soi.
