I stayed for one night because i missed a bus and had zo stay an additional night in Chiang Mai. Overall my impression of the hotel is very good. The rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need. Directly across the street you ind a 7-11 and a ton of food vendors. Very neat. There is only one thing that was kinda awkward. I was in chiang mai because i had a accident and had to go to the hopsital. When the accident happened my phone brke so i couldnt call a taxt so asked at the reception if they could call me an indrive. And they refused that. I tried to explain my situation but hey didnt want to call an taxi for me. Never ever have i experienced that in a hotel before.

Needed a place in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. Didn't care about luxury but didn't want the cheapest place I could find either. Came across this on Agoda and thought it might be worth a try. It's 150 Baht ride from The Chiang Mai Airport. I arrived Check in Was quick and easy. The room is immaculate. Small but very clean. Great bed flat screen TV many many channels. The air condition is fantastic. It's a hostile but it also has. Individual rooms Which is what I booked. It's unbelievable value. 22.50 a night. They don't advertise free breakfast. But they have a common area just behind reception. With a big screen TV and it's got a full kitchen that everybody is welcome to use. If you clean up after yourself, they have all the utensils. They do have a small breakfast in the morning, which is free to everybody who stays here. Although they don't advertise. It waffles cereal coffee tea toast. Basic But very nice. They also have four or five bicycles that are available free of charge to use which is a tremendous perk. There are a couple of negatives but based on the value for money. I can work around them. Number one no room safe number two When you take the key card out when you leave the room the refrigerator also loses electricity. First I've seen this most hotels I've stayed at. Had the refrigerator socket wired to stay hot, even when the key card was out. And it would be nice if they had a chair. In the room nothing fancy just a basic chair. Should I find myself in Chiang Mai again? I will definitely use this hotel again. The staff here are very very friendly. From the reception to the room cleaners everyone always smiling willing to help out answer any questions. Making sure everybody has a nice day. I can't recommend this place enough.

Great location for the festival over the last couple of days! It’s basic but adequate for needs. The only downside in that the pool doesn’t really get much sun so if you want you use it for swimming it’s fine but not so great if you want to sunbathe. Staff polite and friendly. Recommend for 1-3 nights for convenience and good price.

Everything good, The room is big. But need to wait for the hot water for a while, don't know it happens to every room or not. But overall is good compare to the price

Stayed at the celosia during the festivals in November and really don’t think we could have chosen a better stay. Great service/people and location to experience the incredible energy around these celebrations. Highly recommend.

Nice, huge and clean room. Location is considered ok as we need to walk a distance to the mall. Service is good and and friendly receptionist No restaurant in this hotel but you can use delivery apps to order food and eat at lobby. There are dining tables and chairs at lobby with free coffee and biscuits. Overall, value for money and enjoyed my 3 nights stay there.

Nature Boutique Hotel was great for me. Its quite new so facilities for the budget price are good. I took a double room, but there are also twins for the same price and cheaper dorms.I got my room very reasonably on Agoda..cheaper than booking directly at the hotel. The rooms are small and simple but have everything you need. A fridge, tea & coffee making, good bed and shower. Glass bottled water and fresh towels are given daily. Rooms are very clean. You need to request cleaning if you want more than every 3 days. Just ask at reception. The location in the old town is excellent with everything i needed within walking distance. There's a market at the end of the road, 7 eleven close by and lots of restaurants, tour booking and massage places around. I enjoyed visiting several wats in the area too. Also plenty of red taxi vans to go further afield. Staff are friendly and helpful. All in all a great place at an excellent price, I extended my stay and was there 2 weeks. As a solo I always felt safe and comfortable.

Everything that a great hotel has to offer and provide to their customers is found in Roseate Chiang Mai hotel. With excellent service, room, decor and most of all incredibly cheap price this beats a 5 star hotel anywhere else in the world. We decided to spend our New Year holiday in Chiang Mai and go there on a Sunday so we can experience the Sunday market in the Old city. The hotel is located at the Northern end of the city that boundaries Chang Puak gate and the North end markets. The canal tributary of Mae Ping river is also across the hotel. The hotel's location is great that were just 10 mins walk from the center of the old city so we have some quite and at the same visit the Old city anytime we want. The busy Sriphum Road also has many local buses, taxis and tuk tuks if you need to go to other parts of Chiang Mai. As a boutique hotel the decor is beautiful - a twist of Thai and Romantic theme with flowers and paintings all over the hotel. The color motif is Red and Pink. The lobby is wide and spacious. The check-in and check-out went out quite fast and easy. They also provide tour packages in their tour desk. Just before the entrance there are several coffee tables set-up if you would like to sit, relax and enjoy the cool weather Chiang Mai has to offer. The hotel has lift and stair despite its a low rise hotel which is a great feature. Our room is on the 2F and we have several access to it - at the back, stairs and lift. The room is very big and spacious. Clean, Homy, Quiet, Private and Cozy. They provide safety lock and slippers which not all hotel provide. Water and Coffee/Tea are complimentary. The wi-fi is very fast and the TV channels have both local and cable and plentiful. The Queen size bed is clean, comfortable and big. The toilet is equally big with shower and sink separately, they also have unlimited soap and shampoo dispensers. At the price of just 50 dollars per night we have free breakfast with it and I am very much amazed - it is a buffet!!! A combination of Thai and Western foods. The choices are fresh and delicious. It was a short brief 3 days stay in Chiang Mai but if I go back no question and doubt about it - I will be back at Roseate Hotel Chiang Mai wholeheartedly. Kapkunkap :=)
