The hot shower needs to be fixed, molds are all around the corners of the toilet and bath. I expect the hallway to be lighted throught the night, as early as 5am they turned it off so the hall way is dark when you go out your room. There should be atleast one light on. Coz it feels creepy it was too dark. When you check the fire exit way it was dirty too full of dust.

Sheets not changed with previous long hair. In the bathroom the sink was draining very very slow and some moldy around. No toilet paper in the bathroom.

For my initial booking I selected breakfast. I received a reply to say breakfast option was cancelled. The hotel itself was gloomy. Very little lighting down corridoors in day time.
The room appeared clean at first glance but then found guest towels were folded but dirty. Bedding not ironed and dirty. Floor towel/mat might or might not have been washed since the once white colour was more brown. Bathroom not fully cleaned. No staff around at morning checkout at 8am. When I sent a message to the phone number displayed at the front desk, the return message said drop the key in the box on my way out.
