Around 18 mins driving distance from the old town area. Sound proof is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel invests some smart tech for convenience of customer. Great hospitality, they attend to your needs immediately.

We extended our stay 3 times because we just felt so at home. Beautiful room! We were in 211.
Super quiet area. Staff seemed very friendly and always had a smile !
Tv with Netflix, powerful shower , free toiletries.
Would definitely stay again!

Booked a room with free breakfast, early check-in and complimentary room upgrade.
The early check-in I can understand is of course subject to availability but free breakfast was not honored and they only have one room type so free upgrade is impossible. Rather than taking responsibility, the hotel blamed TRIP.com and asked me to take up with them.
Also charged THB 500 for a cracked wine glass on check-out. Seemed expensive for a cheap wine glass and not sure if that is standard practice for hotels in Chiang Mai but the whole process was not well handled.

Location is near the airport. Brand new hotel but power outage during the stay for couple hours

I don’t really recommend it. There is a surprise when you first enter the room. After staying for two nights, I found that there were no equipment or telephones in the room. I had to go downstairs to inform the front desk in person to carry supplies. The air conditioner is noisy and the decoration is rough. The view is not good.

The hotel is very cost-effective. It was amazing when I first checked in. It was even better than the photos. There is also a smart toilet. The handsome guy at the front desk is very cute. He will help you with your luggage and help you solve all your problems. His Chinese is very good. The best front desk boss I have ever encountered has to give him a salary increase. Hahaha I will come back to Chiang Mai after staying for 4 days. The photos in the hotel room are also very nice. It is a new hotel.
