Casa Vespa at Wua Lai Boutique Hotel Chiang Mai

Good location, 5 min walk away from Chiang Mai Gate. Pretty quiet area with shops, services and restaurants nearby. Clean rooms, good room service & WIFI, mini fridge & kettle, hot shower, little terrace, sufficient space inside the bathroom. Breakfasts were OK, a little bit monotonous at times however the staff deserves some credit. They tried their best, always smiling, efficient and helpful. Straight forward check in / check out. A few things to improve: Add a wardrobe inside each bedroom, more hangers inside the bathroom, foreign TV channels and softer pillows would be amazing. None of those things (missing) bothered us too much though. Overall a very pleasant stay in Casa Vespa Wua Lai. Recommended and happy to stay here on our next visit :)

Recommended on TripAdvisor, I think it's very good, the environment is modern, you can drink water and drinks freely, there are small cup noodles to enjoy, and there is a very mini swimming pool. I personally think the breakfast is great, with a semi-automatic coffee machine and frothed milk. The toothbrush in the room is made of bamboo and is very environmentally friendly. It is very close to the Saturday night market. The waiters in the store are very talkative and speak English very well. I met the boss several times and found out that he is a handsome Dutch guy who has lived in Thailand for 20 years.

Hotel is lovely with really nice rooms, showers and comfy beds! The pool area is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful . Would recommend to come here. Location is not bad with supermarkets within 2 minute walking distance and close to the main road to get a taxi to pubs & restaurants.

Near the Chiang Mai Gate, it is relatively close to the Saturday Night Market. The breakfast is good, and the house is still very distinctive.

Very good. The quality of the room is worth the price paid. The sea is well located. On Saturdays and Sundays there is a market to go and wander around.

It's basically good. The hotel looks quite new. It's very close to the Saturday night market, but the environment is not noisy. It's very convenient to go there with motorcycles in Chiang Mai. Then you can pick up and drop off at the hotel if you participate in local itineraries. , so the location should be very convenient. The breakfast included in this price is pretty good, I think. What can be improved is: you can prepare corresponding dish washing supplies according to the number of days of stay, mainly because the toothpaste is not enough. Secondly, the balcony fence feels loose. Do not get close to it, as you may fall off. Third, I think it is very food safety conscious to put salad in the refrigerator, but if you put milk, other things and cups in the same space, it will taste a little bit. I was told that special breakfast is available on the last day but not available for early flights. We should be told about it on the first day so we can try it. I don’t know if it is only available on the last day or every day. Good, closr to Saturday night markey but not too noisy. Breakfast is good enough for me but suggest not to put the fruit, ilk and cup together in the fridge. We were informed by the staff that special breakfast could be offered at the last day , however, our flight was departure at 730am, we have to go to the airport earlier and the breakfast hadn't been served at that moment. It shall be informed us when we come at the first day so we can try it first. No idea if it was only provided once or every day.
