Vanilla Residence Chiangmai

I spent one and a half month at the Vanilla and I liked it very much! Both staff and management are looking for you to have the best possible holidays. They try all they can in fact. Prin run the place with flair, and professionalism. He is an avid cyclist and the residence is designed to accommodate all cyclist need.... and all inclusive in the reasonable price asked: 100% safe bicycle park (no need to locked your expensive bike, since there is a 24 hours/7days security person looking mainly to secure the place and your bicycle), a work spot with stand and all the tool, also a cleaning/hose station. Rooms are perfect, large (more than 30 sqm), drinking water is even included. If I had to think about a weak point, I'd say that it is a little noisy, but all in all, not disturbing indeed. I'm hoping on going back for 2 months this coming december, I enjoy the cycling spot like none, or almost: best weather, smooth thai rural roads, climbs, flat, rolling, scenery, elephants, temples, you got it all. Social group rides almost everyday found on FB or else often directly from Vanilla. Well located, near the Dot Suttep, near the cycling path that takes you to Samoeg or the northern remote back road, yet close to the city for shopping and eating..... Miss Vanilla so much already..... Thank you and see you soon!

Area north of the old city
The room is ok, the bed is soft, the room is clean. But the hair dryer is not good. There is also a bar downstairs. Accommodation is on the road, not difficult to enter the city. But the pool didn't look very clean, so I didn't go down to play. But overall it's ok, worth the price of 560 baht a bit.

The space is very large, very spacious and comfortable, the white style is fresh and clean, and it feels like home! The staff is also very nice, the parking lot is large, except that the transportation is not too convenient and the breakfast is small, the others are very good, it is recommended to stay!

Area north of the old city
1. No cotton buds & shavers 2. Room is spacious, very clean & bed is very comfortable. 3. Room a bit noisy facing the swimming pool as requested for a quite room 4. The pool is very small just for kids to play around. 5. There was power supply cut for hours due to bad storm however there was no notice circulated to hotel guests. This should a practice for hotel management communication to hotel guests.

Stayed 3 times and was very impressed. Friendly service staff Clean rooms, beautiful decorations, good atmosphere, spacious rooms, quiet, not far from the city, convenient to travel. Suitable for relaxing, wi-Fi signal is super strong. There is a swimming pool to swim and exercise lightly. There is a garden in front of the room and a lot of trees walkway. Delicious breakfast Tasty fresh coffee If going to Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay again.
