平時出行都喜歡選擇麗楓，就是看中他的乾淨和可靠，結果這次居然翻車了，住進去發現洗手枱還有前一個客人的頭髮絲沒清洗的忍了，自己弄乾凈就算了，洗澡發現淋蓬架是壞的也忍了，開頭頂花灑一樣洗而已，都因為想到春節大家都出來玩，服務員都忙都挺不容易的，然後第二天還專門給前台説了情況請他們打掃的時候注意一下，結果晚上玩完回酒店發現房間完全沒打掃，問前台直接説阿姨忙不過來已經下班走了，當時就冒火了，溝通後前台讓人給我們補充了點洗漱用品就完事了，其他該換的該打掃的是一樣都沒弄，關鍵可笑的是毛巾，打開一看還是7天的，好嘛，麗楓你是真的不嫌丟人，毛巾都用完了？還得自己的去隔壁7天借的？這樣還開什麼酒店嘛，這樣做事真的衹會砸自己招牌，真的是最差的一次麗楓沒有之一！！！

在環球中心南側，距世紀城地鐵站約1.5公里。整棟樓都是賓館，公寓樓;衞生挺乾淨，窗簾自動開關;其他燈類的開關也是電子面板式的。有一個缸點，晚上，這些控制面板的指示燈，也顯得太亮了，而且在床頭，要用枕頭擋一下。這是高大尚的副作用。樓下小吃挺多，吃飯方便。

裝修陳舊，環境較差，房間有異味，屋頂像有空調外機樣，徹夜噪音，浴室手持噴頭水孔堵塞亂噴。停車不免費，一晚就收了四十多元。

在一個高層的一層樓裏，裏面有很多酒店，任何人都可以隨便進出，不是很安全。
前台愛答不理，退房反饋問題也不答覆。
衞生間洗澡那的擋水玻璃還少一塊！！！！！🛏️床衹要一動就有異響！！！！
沒有浴袍，吹風機把手也是松的。

這酒店還能正常開業嗎？真不知道衞生監督部門，年年怎麼審核發證的，簡直太臟了，不説配置就衞生也都不打掃，進入房間既然還有顧客留下來的一雙鞋。房間裏的氣味無法評價。房間沒有肥皂牙刷，送上來的是一位六十多歲大叔。整個酒店就看不到服務員，想請問問攜程你們合作商家也不審核嗎？這家工商執照還能正常發放，無語

衞生間返味異常嚴重，到了影響休息的地步。
布草異常陳舊，被套甚至都出現了多處破損。
洗臉枱邊角發黴嚴重，洗臉盆下水閥是壞的。
淋浴花灑過於陳舊，出水不順暢。
