Read alots of good review before stay at this hotel. Location is good, but the hotel service is overrated. Don't put high expectations. Can have better choice of hotel with same price.

Very very pleasant experience!
Location - this is a superb location. Food, metro station, centralised, all within walking distance to various attractions. Metro is practically just downstairs E2 and E1 entrance! And many good and super popular food outlets like 冯校长steamboat, 陶德砂锅，麻六记酸辣粉，etc. are iust downstairs!
Service - can't say enough, am super happy with every single staff service. Be it front desk (林姓前台服务员）, restaurant or cleaning staff.
Room - clean, comfortable bed and pillow, big room. Suggest having the room on the inner side of the hotel. The one facing the road, nice view, but super noisy. My only 2 concerns would be no full length mirror in the room, only 1 half body mirror in bathroom, The other concern is the sound proofing from the corridor. Am always awaken by the noises from corridor in the morning.
In any case, I will highly recommend any 1st time visitor to Chengdu to stay in this hotel. Superb! 👍
Just realised a hiccup, a very good lock 🔒 I bought from USA is lost in the room. Wondering what happened. Hopefully it could be recovered by the hotel. Will update all.

A strategically and convenient located hotel. Near Metro Station Line 2 exit E1 and E2 of Chun Xi Road i.e less than 3mins walk but E1 is my preferred station as it has escalator. Also direct bus from Tian Fu airport to IFS Mall and vice versa is available at every 20mins interval and walking distance is approximately 8mins. Hotel check in at 4th floor and is inside Champagne Mall and surrounded by many restaurants and Lawson convenient store is across the road. Hotel provide free laundry self service and room is well equipped, also free 4 mineral bottles per day. Only cons about the hotel is my room tv is not working, no fridge available and wifi access is restricted, luckily we have own pocket wifi that allow free access. Cleaner is friendly and helpful but forgetful, as we hv to request on daily basis for 1 additional towel for a triple room, as it come with 2 towels only. Also earplug is provided for those sensitive to noise, as almost daily you can hear a famous grill fish restaurant calling out nos for their waiting customers. On conclusion, we still find this a good hotel and will not hesitate to recommend friends or other travellers.

The location is so convenient and hotel room is so clean. The train station is just below the hotel. There are many places to eat and shopping malls. We wished that we could stay more few nights even though we already stayed for 5 nights. We would recommend this hotel to our friends when they travel to Chengdu.

Ji Hotel brand always my first choice when I come to China, however this time hotel really made me dissatisfied. Firstly, the room air cond is not working well and not cool enough, I slept until sweating, and I complained to the front desk staffs, they told it is like that, and I requested to change room in my 3rd night stay as I cannot tolerate anymore. But they refused to change until I logged report to Trip.com and they only changed for me on the next day come with compliments breakfast for my stay.
