Then I went up to the hotel without cleaning up after the last guest left. Then I went down again and asked for a room change. In the end, I was told that I would be given an upgrade or an audio-visual room (membership). The benefits include upgrades) Then I ran up again, opened the door and went in. It smelled very bad, with a strong smell of oil! I thought it was because I didn’t open the window for a day and didn’t want to change it anymore. Anyway, I was going to catch the high-speed train in just a few hours. The shower head I used to wash up was broken. I turned on the water and it was flowing all over the place. After washing up, I still felt that the smell of oily hair was disgusting and I wanted to yue! ! ! Also, the noise from the projector was louder than the original sound projected onto the screen, which was a very unpleasant experience.

The bedding is soft, the front desk staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is a 13-minute walk from the subway station. The lobby of the hotel is decorated in a modern and simple style. So I bought the paper myself.

It would be better if it had shopping and food, early, good service attitude, modern decoration, cleanliness, so I changed the place, it was Kyriad, but the name of the store had Chinese culture, it would be better to remember.

The location of the hotel is not easy to find, but the room is spacious and bright, I like it, the breakfast is quite rich, and the front desk service is also very good. Hope business is getting better and better! ! !

對這家酒店的印象很深刻，表揚一下前台的小姐姐入住時有贈送小禮品呢，我們的睡眠很淺，安排了安靜的房間真貼心，而且服務態度很好，很熱情，房間寬敞舒適。床很軟睡着非常舒適。酒店還有早餐，需要的小夥伴可以自己在前台購買哦，味道很不錯的，自助餐形式的選擇種類有很多，衞生間還有一面小鏡子針對化粧的人來説真的是不錯的選擇，酒店附近有個凱德廣場吃的很多，小吃這些都有，推薦這家酒店給大家，性價比很高。

酒店位置非常好，地鐵站很近，距離市中心不遠，酒店周邊的商圈也很熱鬧，有商場和小吃街購物這些都很方便，總的來説，我對這次入住酒店的體驗非常滿意，環境舒適、設施齊全、位置便利，酒店的服務人員服務也很熱情，體貼，讓我有一種回家的感覺，給我留下了深刻的印象。我推薦大家入住這家酒店，一定會有意想不到的驚喜

如圖所示，當天比較晚，在高鐵站附近找了一間錦江旗下酒店凱里亞德，心想連鎖酒店，畢竟也那麼大，所以放心的訂了，結果真的讓人很不爽。1、進大廳的辦入住的時候前台推銷辦會員卡送早餐，我沒有答應辦會員，然後前台一臉很不爽，當即甩臉色，因為坐了車又很累，所以就沒有計較。2、進入房間，想着洗漱睡覺嘛，洗了之後躺在床上感覺渾身不對勁，使勁撓，結果掀開被子一看我看得到的地方，腿，已經撓得不成樣子了，身上也使勁撓，當即打電話到前台是否有葯膏，前台告知沒有，我説明瞭原因，前台説喊阿姨來換被套（在這之前我親人説床上是全是黑色的什麼東西，小的各種毛毛，我還心想怎麼會？結果一看，確實是這樣，加上我身體的反映，各種撓），阿姨來了把我床單被套換了之後（在換的時候還各種埋怨，説什麼她都下班了又把她喊回來），弄得我都不敢再喊他們換了，換完我這個床就要走，我説把我親人那個床也換一下，阿姨説前台衹喊她換一個床，又説她已經下班的事，那我也要睡覺啊，這樣的衞生讓我怎麼安心睡，結果我給她看我的腿成什麼樣子了，阿姨什麼話都沒説，一句抱歉都沒有，隨即給前台打去電話，又問有沒有葯，前台説沒有，什麼都沒有，我住你家酒店成這樣了沒個交代嗎？把客人當什麼了？真死在你家酒店了是不是還站在旁邊看戲呢？太不在意客人的人身安全了，第一次在成都體會到了人性的涼薄。3、心想這回換完了之後可以安安心心睡個覺吧，身上撓怎麼也睡不着，結果正準備睡的時候聽到牆那邊洗漱的聲音，流水聲就感覺在耳邊一直回想，我天，我到底是在什麼樣的一個地方啊，真真的是無語至極，不出預料，我和親人兩個人都一晚上沒睡覺，第二天還要開車，想着都頭疼，那好吧，自己選擇的這個酒店，踩雷了怎麼辦呢？4、去吃早餐，看着那些吃的，看著錶面光鮮，是真的難吃至極啊，那個麪條，自己打調料，這個暫且不説，麪條師傅的手藝真的是不敢恭維，一碗麪條整個一坨的，我是人，我又不是豬，坨的拿給客人怎麼吃，而且我是在他們煮好喊我的時候第一時間就去端了，結果一口也吃不下，哎。總之，去成都的第一天晚上住宿讓我這輩子都不會忘記，不會忘記人性的涼薄，衞生差到極致，酒店行業服務差到不能再差。估計這輩子都不會再入住凱里亞德或者其他與他們一起的酒店，真的讓人永生難忘。
