周邊是居民加商業，但是不太嘈雜，適當的煙火氣。房間敞亮舒適，配了卧塌和茶具，不愧是有喝茶傳統的成都。附近有夜市，規模很大，好吃的比較多，也有知名的小店，可供選擇的空間大。旁邊就是茶城，各式茶葉，茶具應有盡有，值得逛逛。早餐種類齊全，煮的小麪不錯。半夜醒了，在衞生間遇到了蟑螂，不知道算不算是南方的“難免會有”。整體還是不錯的。
