Hotel got renovated not long ago, nothing special about the hotel. Staffs are okay, nothing extraordinary. Location is not great if you are planning walk around the ancient city, it will take 30min walk to the hotel from the ancient city. Even though the hotel is clean, they are not regulating guests not to smoke inside. Hotel is not too smelly cause its new, however I do think smoking smell will stink up the rooms soon or later.

過年臨時 要找個滿意的酒店太難 還要找個能同時能訂到五間房的更難 這是給家人訂的房 在網上看着設施挺新的 好像是一家新酒店 挺乾淨就選擇了 結果家裡人反饋很滿意 還給我發了視頻 衞生間 乾濕分離 馬桶還是智能馬桶 房間空間很大 看着非常舒適 還配有桌椅 和沙發 床很新很大 過年房間有漲價 但是因為整體的環境衞生設施不錯 還是覺得漲的還算比較值的

新開的酒店，設施都不錯，在春節房價飛漲期間酒店的房費還是很高性價比的。入住前台時工作人員態度很好，免費升級了房型，停車場位置也很多，對於開車來潮州玩的話，還是不錯的

the hotel service is not bad but needs improvement, the waiting process of checking In a hotel room takes too much time, but the hotel has a robot which can help bringing takeover to your room so it is quite convenient. about the hotel facilities, I think they are good enough there are restaurants and gym room etc, although I think they can add more sitting areas in the lobby and the air conditioner is not strong enough.the rooms are quite big and looks very clean and modern so overall the hotel is acceptable and quite good.

To tell the truth, because I lived in Pazhou Design Hotel, I had a basic good impression of Chaoshan. The food here at Chaoshan made me very uncomfortable. The beef pot shop was full of moisture. I felt that the city was very uncomfortable. Fortunately, the value of staying at Pazhou Hotel has increased, the environment is elegant, the service staff is particularly thoughtful, the bed in the room is very comfortable, it can be seen that it is a good mattress of high quality, there is warm air but not dry, the hotel reflects the designer's thoughts everywhere, really good. Because the location is in the old city, I was fortunate to meet the English singing and dancing team at night, and my son rushed downstairs to see it. It was very exciting.
