🚗 交通：自駕，有停車場，很方便。送一次洗車服務。剛好前一晚車停在路邊，被弄得很臟，洗了一下，就是那種自動洗車洗一下外殼的那種。
🧹衞生：房間挺乾淨的
🍃環境：總體可以，房間裝修中規中矩，偏老舊，但是智能客房很好。小孩跟智能管家玩得可開心了。外出回來開窗簾關窗簾開燈關燈小孩搶着跟智能管家説話。就是4-8樓有KTV，我們住11樓還是會聽到有噪音。但可能因為旅途太累，12點多聽着聽着還是睡著了。失眠人士可能要注意。
🔔服務：就是正常的接待，沒用到什麼服務，體現不出來。
訂單中含早餐，雖然是中式早餐，看着很簡陋，但是味道很不錯。

掛牌四星酒店，硬件條件看起來也就是招待所的水平。本人每年定幾十次酒店，第一次遇見這種服務態度的酒店。前台服務員問問題根本不理，攜程標註送的洗車劵開始説的好好的晚上12點前可以用，結果晚上去前台眼皮不抬沒好氣的説不能洗車。洗不洗對我來説沒關係，關鍵是態度極其不耐煩，我説能不能尊重一下別人，能不能跟我溝通一下，女前台就急了，罵了一句cao摔東西就走了。直接我都懵了。這麼多年住了這麼多酒店我第一次遇見這樣的。後面經理來了，説那個人不幹了走了。我也是服了，一個四星酒店服務員都是説來就來，説走就走的嗎？大家千萬不要入住這種酒店，一定不要踩這萬丈深坑！

朋友介紹的酒店，還挺滿意，能有【新能源充電樁】比較貼心的酒店，距離人民廣場很近，樓下的有宵夜檔粥檔，比起夜深肅靜的民宿，個人還是喜歡市中心這種煙火氣，棋牌室的收費價格也能親民，環境還不錯，整體比較滿意，下次來潮州還會再來

黃金週期間價格上浮了，但還可以接受，服務方面有待提高，自助早餐基本沒啥好吃的，旅遊團餐管飽不管好的水平吧！房間不大，空調製冷不太好，交通出行還算方便，整體三星的標準吧。

總體比較滿意。新裝修的老牌四星酒店，大堂簡陋，內裏倒是挺新的，走廊和客房較新，燈光，空調，窗簾，電視都是語音控制的，廁所馬桶智能的，有點好玩。房裡整潔乾淨寬敞，如果樓下不是ktv和洗澡水早點夠熱就更完美了。但是五一期間三百多的四星要什麼自行車呢，不比雜牌民宿香多了。可以一試，還可以有下次。

這家酒店是我覺得是我住過的最好的酒店，房間設施齊全，環境整潔，空氣新鮮，又離古城很近，服務也很周到，有KTV唱歌的地方，又有棋牌室娛樂的地方，總之體驗非常好！
