The service in the hotel is great, and the cleanliness and hygiene are very good. From the moment we get off the bus, from the security guard to the front lobby, we all have 5S service with a smile and enthusiasm. No matter where we go, as long as we see the service staff, they will greet us cordially. Also, the facilities in the room are really user-friendly. I have stayed in many parent-child hotels with my babies, but none of them are as user-friendly as this Wenpu Hotel. They are equipped with bottle sterilizers and the free mineral water is from Nongfu Spring. Water for babies. The hotel also gave the baby toys, a lot of fruits, cakes🍰, and yogurt. Thanks to Liang Feifei and the beautiful girl in the housekeeping department. I will continue to choose Wenpu Hotel next time I come to Changzhou.
