酒店床存在嚴重安全隱患，牀板和床墊沒有固定，且牀板比床墊寬，孩子磕到尖鋭的牀板（包括牀頭櫃的邊都是尖的），縫了8針。酒店沒有誠懇道歉，更不願承擔醫葯費！不建議帶娃入住該酒店！！！！

假期出去玩的，在網上對比了一下選擇這家酒店，地理位置很優越，房間空間很大全景落地窗，非常乾淨整潔明亮，前台主動服務意識強，服務超棒，有送外賣的機器人送東西很方便，設施齊全還有洗衣房，早餐的雞湯麪條味道好極了，值得表揚，周邊有恐龍園，迪諾水鎮，萬達廣場，江南環球港，推薦五星⭐

出行首選全季，帶娃選了家庭房，房間很大，有沙發有陽台，陽台上還有個小桌子。就是衞生間門鎖壞了，關不上。總體還是滿意的
自帶停車場，停車很方便。不要停路邊，前台説那裡是違章路段。
離恐龍園不遠，1公里的路。開車很方便。

差評，全季幾年裡麪住過最差體驗的屬這家，367價格的房間，不知道我還以為我住進倉庫或者廉價160快捷酒店，前台服務邊界感也非常差，2次，進門報攜程訂單，她查到了但是還是讓我把手機給她（她自己翻看我訂單）第二次説 送一份早餐讓我微信掃，不等我反應 申手直接要我手機給她，當時我奇怪她行為，她依然我行我素，因為攜程積分對66優惠券拍下來301元，前台大概是因為看見301這個原因給我一間不大靠草帽間的房間，入住第一感覺很差，無奈春節行程趕沒有時間折騰，大概入住30分鐘左右，澡都洗好了，前台打電話來問我滿不滿意，我很無奈説了一般 ，太欺負人了
