Staying at Yuanzhou Hotel really gave me a lot of unexpected surprises. Entering the lobby, the front desk staff will greet everyone very politely. After helping with the luggage, I will go to the front desk and ask about everything that may be needed. A very exquisite hotel. I am particularly satisfied that it is right next to Hongmei Park. It takes only two minutes to enter the park. The environment is very good and suitable for vacation. The hotel facilities are clean and the breakfast restaurant is comfortable. Because in the scenic area, the surrounding restaurants are mostly high-end restaurants, and it is a bit difficult for two of us to eat fast food or home-cooked meals.

Struggling to think of ways to improve this place. Great location near the old train station, Tianming Park and two metro stations. Professional staff, fast check-in. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. The bathing spa on the 3rd floor was incredible. There’s also a gym and pool onsite. The rooms were beautifully designed with cool pyramid ceilings. Mattresses were soft and I think they bought the best pillows money can buy. Pretty strong dedicated wifi connections, 20+ mbps. Breakfast was ok. If I ever come back to Changzhou I’m staying here!

I have been to Changzhou several times. Every time I live near Changzhou Station, this is a minute walk from Changzhou Station South Square. There are many convenience stores nearby. It is very convenient to eat. There are Tianning Temple nearby, 10 minutes by bike, and there are many petty bourgeois cafes near Bo'ai Road. To be honest, the layout of the hotel is relatively simple, and there is nothing placed on an empty table when each elevator comes out. The room size is right, the basic facilities are complete, and the air conditioning is great. The bed is also very comfortable. Very cost-effective, highly recommended!

The hotel exceeded our expectations for our stay and helped us enjoy our short 2 night weekend away stay in Changzhou, so thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make that happen. A special mention, however, must go to Chef Lu (卢大厨) for the really amazing breakfasts that both me, a European, and my partner, who is Shanghainese, both found delicious and delightful. Him and his team really are masters of both flavour and customer service, my partner especially agrees we cannot thank him and them enough, they have our trip a magnificent and memorable start to each day.
