衞生：乾淨
環境：安靜，離五一廣場走路30分鐘，坐地鐵2號線迎賓路口，2號口出來直走5分鐘。
服務：有個很時髦的前台很熱情！梳着馬尾辮！會主動跟房客説wifi密碼。
我這幾天旅遊，去了株洲，萍鄉，都沒有休息好，到這家酒店，隔音效果好，而且房客都喜歡睡懶覺，跟我一樣，所以沒有聽到很早有開門，關門聲！阿姨搞衞生都是1點左右。我兩天都是睡到自然醒！下次來長沙玩，還是選這家！

房間比較小，基本的放行李箱過路等；
衞生是我告訴前台要求每天做衞生的，因為我們連續住了4晚，第三天即第四晚之前那天專門給前台打電話除了做衞生還要換下床上用品，回去的時候發現廁所地上有頭髮，床上用品看起是換了的，很整潔等！不過那個枕頭出賣了真像，我也不確定到底是沒換床上用品還是衹是枕頭沒換而已，小朋友仔細翻看他睡的床，説感覺沒換，有前一個晚上的臟痕，我也沒有再向前台要求，就將就住了最後一晚！
前台的稍微胖點的帥哥感覺不是很耐煩，眼神表情語言都有點讓人不爽的感覺，不過最後離開的時候還是感謝他，雖然很不耐煩，還是幫助指點我們打車🙏另外兩個（偶爾在那）很熱情的。
習慣性好評，各行各業都不容易！

房間裝修簡約大氣，乾淨衞生，靠大街但不吵，服務非常友善。特別贊一個：原來訂立三晚連住，但由於回程高鐵票恰好搶到，於是聯繫攜程客服，成功改為二晚連住，服務非常貼心！

很滿意，房間乾淨整潔，枕頭很舒服，硬件設備各項都很新，整個員工從進來開始見面了都問好給人感覺肯定是經過培訓後上崗的這點很好，有自助洗衣的洗衣房非常方便，出門地鐵站很近，去各個網紅點方便，大廳有指路牌，再也不用擔心迷路了，Wi-Fi超快，用起來很舒服

體驗感很好，房間很乾凈，設施很新，東西都是一次性的這點比較好，前台服務很熱情，有問題很積極的解決，遇到不會去的地方很耐心的講解指路，非常贊，有帶自主洗衣，能烘乾還有熨斗可以用很周到，交通方便超便利，地鐵公交打車隨便來，綜合以上是比較推薦的

猶豫了很久最後還是訂了他們家，看評論還不錯，入住後裝修確實是新裝的，服務方面不管是前台還是保潔阿姨都比較熱情很不錯，房間乾淨程度可能和新裝修有關係，確實乾淨，整體感覺偏好，洗衣房比較好用，烘乾之後直接穿，該提供的也都有，這個價位基本沒對手了吧，挺好

酒店新裝修的，裏面一切都很新很乾凈，也沒有異味之類的，熱水也很充足，周邊也不吵，晚上睡覺很安靜，前台和保潔阿姨態度都很好，位置在兩個地鐵站之間，很方便
