這是第三次住啦，非常滿意。乾淨又安全，視野非常好，市中心的鬧中取靜。周邊有太平街，坡子街，廟街，黃興路步行街，太好逛吃了。去省博，橘子洲嶽麓山這些也非常近。對於出門就是遠方來説，實在是太便利了。下次吃小龍蝦的季節再見。

整體上，不推薦，上次來長沙黃興街還是很推薦的。
衞生，不太滿意，味道比較大，尤其是衞生間，客廳地上也有不少頭髮。
設施，過於陳舊，洗衣機好奇打開一下，味道有些強烈。
服務，無前台，密碼門人住，屋內無一次性拖鞋，無瓶裝水，拖鞋是從隔壁酒店買的。
有刷好評，好評反現，我還是給出真實評價好了。希望老闆升級設施，正規營業。

房間是法式風格太美太喜歡了，我和男朋友都非常非常喜歡！從窗户可以看到整個五一廣場的夜景和熱鬧的氛圍。
下樓3分鐘就可以到新百貨，7mall，打卡茶顏悦色和小龍蝦。出門就是地鐵站也太方便了。
一直在旅行，和男朋友住過超過50家酒店，這是一吃性價比超高的民宿，入住體驗很棒，超級推薦！！

非常愛的風格，房子很乾凈，給人感覺很舒服。非常好找，但是管家還是提前發了到達攻略。附近就是打卡中心，太平街，ifs，坡子街，步行街。去橘子洲和嶽麓山，省博都超近的。性價比也很高。

位置超讚，房間也大，衞生乾淨，投影儀是堅果的，畫質不錯。電梯分高低層，速度相當快。然後樓道燈也挺亮的，浪到凌晨回來，也不怕。周圍一公里內全部是景點，怎麼走都不會錯。推薦的。

特別特別特別好的民宿😍！民宿樓下抬頭就可以看到國金中心那棟樓，離五一廣場地鐵口就三分鐘路程，這對在橘子洲頭嶽麓山和各種博物館走斷腿的人真的是救贖😭方圓十分鐘內國金街平和堂黃興廣場和中山亭都可以到達，還有各種茶顏概念店，對面墨茉點心局茶顏星巴克什麼的也都有，民宿老闆姐姐特別熱情耐心，有什麼問題都及時解決啦，民宿環境也很温馨乾淨，真的很愉快的一次體驗。下次和同學來長沙也會住這兒！

房間很好看，很新，乾淨，走進來香香的，沒有異味。窗外的視野很好，環境不錯。
大部分景點兩條腿可以直達，其他的也有地鐵，非常方便。密碼鎖入住方便，管家熱情負責。很贊。

設施：房間挺大，有窗户，有投影，有晾衣架有洗衣機，衞生間有點小，不過不影響使用。
衞生：不錯
環境：晚上睡覺挺安靜的，公館就在五一廣場附近，交通很方便。
服務：簡單但又詳細的入住程序，很棒！
總體來説很滿意，下次還來這住！

地理位置絕好，樓下走不遠就是五一廣場地鐵口6號樓。周邊吃的很多。
房間最大的優點就是安靜和衞生狀況好。當然設施也很齊全。
再就是管家服務挺好的，雖然沒有前台，密碼鎖入住更便利，微信服務反應速度快。
