The hotel has great facilities. Everything was clean. The staff was not the most friendly, for a 4* hotel: I would expect to be greated with a smile. If the customer has a backpack, offer him to sit, as the verification took more than 10m. But besides that a great experience.

There is no heating. I called the front desk. I came twice and it was not fixed. I added two quilts. I still caught a cold. I told the front desk twice when I checked out in the morning. There was no response and I just ignored the past. The service is too bad, no It is recommended to stay!

超新淨, 大堂好幾個拍照點, 旁邊就是萬家麗, 大約1公里左右的路, 可以步行過去, 旁邊屋宇好像暫時有工程, 但入住其間沒有聽到噪音, 可能是隔音不錯, 早餐很豐富, 已經接近五星酒店的級數了, 還有自熱馬桶, 冬天去住一流

服務周到耐心，給前台打電話問停車的地方很有耐心進門就有茶水喝。可以用電子身份證辦入住。住宿條件很好。還有晚晚送了小零食，橙子挺甜，梨也不錯，我老公把小餅乾吃了，還有兩瓶純奶，床上挺有儀式感的，我準備拍照，我老公都收了。

酒店整體超出預期，位置在萬家麗附近，自駕方便，地面有車位；房間寬敞、佈局温馨、床品舒適、設施新；服務很好，提前一天電話聯繫詢問需求並做好準備；早餐豐富；有粉面餛飩、熱菜涼菜，糕點等等；退房時前台小張非常耐心，以後來長沙一定還住這裏！

比較滿意這個酒店，位置好，去景點打車十多元就到，酒店設施齊全，細節方面做得不錯，有洗手液也有香皂，洗漱用品質量很好又齊全。馬桶消毒。還贈送咖啡，零食和水果品質都不錯。酒店也有洗衣房。乾濕分離的衞生間也不用擠在一起洗漱。 傢俱有一套圓桌椅，很棒的是還配有個圓坐墩，這樣兩個人都可以同時吃外賣了，真是很貼心的佈置。客房黃阿姨服務很好， 酒店早餐也還不錯，有現煮粉面，幾個素菜也是清淡美味。 前台服務員服務耐心和氣。

欽天酒店的房間乾淨衞生，帶小盆友入住很安心。而且酒店員工都特別有服務意識，很自然的就表現出客户為中心，特別體貼。幾個小細節體現：1. 去吃早餐時有點晚了，早餐時間衹有幾分鐘就要結束，餐廳員工説讓我們放心肯定讓我們吃到熱的，交代下米粉的服務員先不要走，讓我們吃好了再收拾。
